The Nose’s Dorsal Hump

In rhinoplasty when we mention a dorsal hump we’re basically referring to a prominence on the bridge of your nose mostly seen from a profile view. To treat a dorsal hump or remove a dorsal hump during the rhinoplasty we actually shave down the bone and the cartilage in order to create the profile and contour we like.
