OR Coordinator & Surgical Nurse
Dalton Flynn, RN, BSN, serves as Surgical Nurse and OR Coordinator at Capizzi MD Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa, where she plays a vital role in ensuring patient safety, surgical efficiency, and seamless operating room experience.
With a strong background in perioperative nursing and cosmetic surgery, Dalton assists in all aspects of the surgical process, including patient preparation, intraoperative support, recovery coordination, and operating room management. Her calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to patient care help create a safe and reassuring environment for patients throughout their surgical journey.
Dalton works closely with Dr. Capizzi and the entire surgical team to maintain the highest standards of safety, organization, and patient-centered care within the practice’s Quad A-accredited operating facility.

Sara Francis Reeves, RN, brings five years of nursing experience to Capizzi MD Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa, with a background in Labor & Delivery and Mother Baby care. She is passionate about creating a luxury, patient-centered experience where every patient feels informed, supported, and cared for throughout their journey.
Sara loves helping patients achieve both physical and emotional confidence through aesthetics and is inspired by seeing patients happy, glowing, and excited about their results. She was drawn to Capizzi MD because of the practice’s outstanding reputation, exceptional results, and commitment to maintaining the highest standard of patient care.
Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new restaurants and cuisines as a true foodie.
