Briana Caporale, RN, BSN
Master Nurse Injector
Briana Caporale, RN, BSN is a highly trained Master Nurse Injector with a passion for helping patients feel confident, refreshed, and comfortable in their own skin. She began her nursing career in the Pediatric ICU in Philadelphia before continuing at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, eventually transitioning into cosmetic medicine full-time.
Known for her balanced, natural-looking results and approachable personality, Briana combines extensive injector training with a strong clinical nursing foundation to create customized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s anatomy and goals. She regularly pursues advanced education through our vendors to remain at the forefront of cosmetic medicine.
Briana specializes in full-face rejuvenation, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, gluteal fillers, biostimulators, and comprehensive injectable treatment planning designed to enhance—not change—her patients’ natural beauty.
When she’s not in the office, you can usually find Briana spending time on the lake, crocheting, or with family and friends.
Summer McCorkle, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Summer McCorkle, BSN, RN, is an Aesthetic Nurse Injector at Capizzi MD Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa in Charlotte, North Carolina. A Charlotte native, she graduated from Elon University before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MGH Institute of Health Professions.
Summer began her nursing career in Surgical Trauma at Massachusetts General Hospital before transitioning into Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at Atrium Health, where she gained extensive experience in facial anatomy, patient safety, and surgical care.
At Capizzi MD, Summer combines her clinical expertise and artistic approach to deliver natural-looking, refined aesthetic results. She specializes in Botox®, Dysport®, and Juvéderm® dermal fillers, with a focus on facial balancing, subtle rejuvenation, and timeless outcomes.
Her philosophy centers on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty through conservative, personalized treatment plans designed to help patients look refreshed, confident, and like themselves.

With nearly two decades of experience in medical aesthetics, Amy Spencer is known for her honest approach, extensive skincare knowledge, and results-driven treatment plans. Since 2005, Amy has helped countless patients improve their skin health and confidence through personalized, medical-grade treatments.
Amy believes that great skincare should feel approachable and sustainable. She works closely with each patient to create customized plans that fit their concerns, lifestyle, and long-term goals—whether they are addressing acne, pigmentation, texture, aging, or preventative skincare.

Sarah Van Horne is a Licensed Medical Aesthetician dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, glowing skin through customized treatment plans and advanced aesthetic technologies. Since beginning her aesthetics career in North Carolina in 2020, Sarah has developed extensive experience across a wide range of skincare and laser treatments.
Sarah is known for her warm, collaborative approach and her ability to make patients feel comfortable, educated, and excited about their skincare journey. She takes pride in creating individualized plans that evolve with her patients’ needs while delivering beautiful, natural-looking results.
