With a strong foundation in hospitality-driven healthcare, Olivia is passionate about creating thoughtful systems that support both patients and staff while maintaining the boutique, patient-centered feel of the practice. With more than 22 years of hospitality and operations experience, Maria Mullen brings a deeply patient-centered approach to her role at Capizzi MD Cosmetic Surgery & Med Spa. Her passion for creating exceptional experiences began early, growing up in a family-owned restaurant environment where she learned the value of anticipating needs, building relationships, and making every person feel truly valued.

Before joining Capizzi MD, Maria developed a passion for premier healthcare through her background in cosmetic dentistry, where she discovered her strengths in leadership and patient experience. She is passionate about creating a luxury experience where every patient feels welcomed, informed, and genuinely cared for.

Maria’s passion for aesthetics is also deeply personal. Following her own weight loss journey, she understands firsthand the confidence and transformation that self-care can bring and loves helping patients feel like the best version of themselves.
