Dalton Flynn, RN, is Capizzi MD’s dedicated Surgical Nurse and OR Coordinator, guiding patients through every step of their surgical journey. From consultation to recovery, she ensures you feel informed, supported, and cared for.

Working alongside Dr. Peter Capizzi, Dalton helps patients explore options from implant selection to 3D imaging, bringing warmth and expertise to every conversation. With years of experience as both an OR coordinator and scrub nurse, she is by your side on surgery day and beyond—helping to calm nerves and maintain exceptional care throughout recovery.

A North Carolina native, Dalton began her nursing career in the Surgical Trauma ICU at Atrium Health before finding her passion in aesthetics. She continues to mentor future providers through Elon’s Preceptorship program and, in 2024, was recognized by Charlotte Medical Professionals as a “Notable Nurse.”
