Patient Care Coordinator

As a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) at Capizzi MD, you’ll play a pivotal role in both patient experience and practice growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven, confident, and service-oriented professional with a strong background in consultative sales and a passion for aesthetics. You’ll guide patients through their cosmetic journey—from consultation to procedure—with expertise, care, and integrity.

The PCC will primarily focus on cosmetic surgery consultations, but will also help support and promote the practice’s non-surgical and injectable offerings. Our warm leads are generated by a high-performing marketing team—your role is to connect, educate, and convert with a patient-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient consultations and present surgical and non-surgical treatment options with expertise and enthusiasm

  • Build rapport and trust with patients by understanding their goals and presenting personalized solutions

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from inquiry and consultation to closing and scheduling procedures

  • Present financing options and assist with required documentation

  • Maintain communication with new, existing, and prospective patients to encourage scheduling and retention

  • Proactively follow up with patients who haven’t booked to renew interest

  • Collaborate closely with the surgical and clinical team to ensure seamless handoffs and a premier patient experience

  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-ups using CRM and EMR systems

  • Help drive monthly revenue goals and contribute to overall practice growth

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consultative sales or patient care (aesthetics, plastic surgery, or med spa setting strongly preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to overcome objections and close in a high-touch, luxury environment

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation + Benefits:
