Patient Care Coordinator
Salem Larowe joined the Capizzi MD team in September of 2019 as our wonderful, outgoing Patient Care Coordinator. Already having extensive experience in the med-spa industry, Salem excelled quickly and supports our patients by helping them navigate the financial and scheduling aspects of cosmetic procedures.
Her adaptability and compassion for our patients helps her support them through careful discussion and logistics planning. She understands the unique-ness and personalization required in planning for this big decision and has helped our patients in a variety of ways. She helps find hotel reservations for out-of-town patients, and calls those hotels in advance to make sure they have extra pillows and soft blankets for recovery. She helps patients explore their financing options through every available avenue. She helps patients reserve aftercare nurses if they do not have family or friends in town. Every single day, Salem shows Capizzi MD’s patients what elevated care and experience really is, it’s having an knowledgeable advocate and helpful friend along the way.
When not at work, you can find Salem sipping a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with her family, boyfriend, or dogs. And she is always counting down the days to the Panther’s next football season. Look forward to meeting Salem, our lovely Patient Care Coordinator, at your next surgical consultation!
Patient Experience Director
Jordan Brown, our fantastic Patient Experience Director, joined the Capizzi MD team as an intern while at East Carolina University studying Health and Wellness Studies. With her positive attitude and helpful personality, she quickly became an integral part of our team and has stayed with us since graduating in May 2020.
While at ECU, Jordan was a Walter and Marie Williams Scholar, and a member of the Jarvis Leadership Program. She was also a member of her college Dance Team and continues that passion as an NFL Cheerleader today.
When you call Capizzi MD, you will hear Jordan’s kind and caring voice on the other end of the line. She is passionate about helping others and helps to answer our patient’s questions every day. Whether they need assistance in finding the right person to talk to, or have questions about our procedures, Jordan helps to make sure every person that calls or walks into Capizzi MD feels taken care of.
While not at work, Jordan gives back to her community by volunteering with the Girl Scouts of America. Sharing her passion of dance and leadership with those amazing girls brings her so much joy as she helps today’s youth grow into strong women!
