Payment & Financing FAQs
Do you offer gift cards?
Of course! We offer gift cards at our location or they are available for purchase online in our Store.
Do you offer specials or discounts?
We often have rotating specials and promotions, and will sometimes offer Flash Sales on our treatments and services. Give us a call to find out about our existing specials!
Do you charge for late cancellations or reschedules?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Changes made within 48 hours of your scheduled time may be subject to a late reschedule or cancellation fee. This policy helps us honor the time reserved for you, while also allowing us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Do you offer financing options?
Yes. Through our third-party affiliates, we offer several no-interest financing plans up to 12 months, as well as extended plans with varying APR. Applications are quick, soft inquiries that can let you know what you qualify for in minutes.
How do I apply for financing?
You can apply online through our financing partners prior to your consultation or in our office with the help of our Patient Care Team. We recommend submitting an application to explore what you qualify for. Applications are linked below:
When is payment due?
Payment for surgical procedures is due in full at your pre-operative appointment, generally two weeks prior to your surgery day. For non-surgical treatments such as Alloclae, HALO, Cosmelan, or Morpheus8, etc. payment is taken when you book your treatment. Med spa treatments such as Botox, filler, and Hydrafacials are due at time of service.
Is there a deposit required to book surgery?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is collected to reserve your surgery date and operating room. This deposit is applied toward your total procedure cost.
Is there a med spa consultation fee?
Yes, we do collect a consultation fee for injectable, weight loss, or skincare consultations, as this time is reserved exclusively for you and your provider. However, the fee is waived with any same-day purchase of $100 or more.
Is there a surgical consultation fee?
Yes, we do have a consultation fee for surgical consultations. This is to reserve dedicated time with your surgeon. All surgical consultation fees are applied towards any procedure booked within 90 days of your consultation date.
Can I use my HSA or FSA account for treatment?
Some medically necessary procedures may qualify for HSA/FSA reimbursement. We recommend contacting your plan provider for details.
Do you offer payment plans directly through Capizzi MD?
We do not offer in-house financing, but we partner with trusted third-party lenders to provide flexible payment options.
Will insurance cover my procedure?
We do not have any partnerships with health insurance and are considered out-of-network at this time. All procedures would be paid for out-of-pocket and you have the option to pursue reimbursement if you would like. We recommend contacting your health insurance network to ask what their reimbursement process requires.
