Your Journey to Surgery, Step by Step
Step 1: Fill Out a Consultation Request
You can find the form here. There is no cost to request a consultation. After you fill out this request you will receive a phone call within 72 hours to chat with you more about your goals with aesthetic medicine. Our Patient Care Team will ensure that you are well-informed of pricing, recovery, and any other questions you may have ahead of scheduling a consultation appointment.
Step 2: Schedule Your Consultation
If all sounds well, then we close the phone call by scheduling a virtual consultation. After you schedule your consultation, you will be sent a comprehensive form that will collect details about you, your goals, and photographs to be reviewed by your surgeon ahead of your appointment.
Step 3: Initial Consultation & Scheduling Surgery
Your initial consultation will be virtual via Zoom. This offers you a chance to meet your surgeon and their surgical team. During this appointment, they will learn about your areas of concern and your lifestyle in order to build a comprehensive treatment plan that meets your needs.
Your Patient Care Team will also go over a finalized quote that includes all financial responsibilities for your desired procedure(s) and discuss payment options. They will also go over all available surgery days so you can begin planning!
Step 4: Arriving For Surgery & Pre-Operative Appointment
We have patients arrive in Charlotte one day ahead of your procedure. You will meet your physician in person so you can get comfortable for the big day!
During this pre-operative appointment, you will also receive a kit containing helpful products for before and after your surgery.
Step 5: Surgery Day!
This is the moment we have all been waiting for! You will need to arrange for a trusted adult to pick you up from surgery, as well as care for you the first night after surgery. If you are traveling solo, we can recommend a luxury nursing care service that can provide this care for you.
Step 6: Follow-Up Appointments
Before you return home, we will schedule you to come into the office for your first post-op appointment and Lymphatic Treatment (usually 1-3 days after surgery depending on your desired return date). After your physician ensures that you are healing well, the remainder of your visits can be completed virtually via Zoom so that you can return home.

There are so many things to do around this bustling city! Extend your stay a day or two and take in what Charlotte has to offer.
- Catch a game: Charlotte is home to the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, Charlotte Knights, and Charlotte Checkers. There is something for every sports lover!
- Enjoy the outdoors: Check out the US National Whitewater Center or the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens.
- Brewery Tour: Sample local beers, ciders, or other libations at some of our favorite breweries such as Sycamore Brewing, Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, Charlotte Beer Garden, and many more! (All kid-friendly here)
